I'm Bianca Merritt, a wedding and portrait photographer based in Central Queensland, with a deep love for the land, its people, and the stories that grow from both.
I first fell in love with photography on my family’s cane farm in Proserpine, capturing animals and tractors with a pink film camera gifted by my mother. My passion for weddings began even earlier: staging Barbie and Ken ceremonies beneath an old Chamberlain, complete with paper lace gowns and flower petal confetti.
That early love of storytelling still guides my work today. I approach each wedding with care and sentiment, drawn to the unposed, in-between moments that reveal how it felt, not just how it looked.
